Totally Scooters Terms and Conditions

1.    All parts are subject to availability. I try to stock most items – however certain items can be ordered especially for you.

2.    Prices are correct at time of publication but should be regarded as a guide. Prices are subject to alteration without prior notification. Please check price prior to ordering. You will be charged at the prevailing price applicable to the part at the time of ordering.

3.    Price lists are for information purposes only.

4.    FREE postage and packing on orders is limited to certain UK mainland postcodes only (i.e. not Highlands, Northern Ireland and other offshore islands).

5.    Free postage may NOT be available on special offers, discounted items and/or trade orders, please check before ordering.

6.    Trade orders welcome, please contact me for more details.

7.    All goods remain the property of Totally Scooters until paid for in full.

8.    I think that all parts are the best quality currently available. However Totally Scooters accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury caused by the supply of any item. Responsibility for loss, damage and/or injury caused by any item supplied by Totally Scooters rests with the wholesalers that I use and ultimately with the manufacturers of the items themselves.

9.    I have a minimum postage charge (check when ordering), this covers the costs of postage, the envelope and taxes.

10.                       Small items are usually posted 1st class.

11.                       Larger items are sent by Courier. Please note that this service is not a guaranteed overnight service (however most parcels are usually delivered within 24 hours of dispatch). Guaranteed delivery, other destinations and Saturday delivery rates are available on request.

12.                       Overseas orders are can be sent by Courier or Post Office "standard airmail"– please state when ordering. Surface mail and other services are available upon request.

13.                       Any item can be returned for whatever reason. All I ask is that you return any original packaging and that the part is unused.

14.                       Scoota-jumble items are discounted due to them being shop-soiled, damaged, end of line and/or second-hand.

15.                       Scooters are sold for restoration/renovation (unless described otherwise). Typically imports will require registering in the UK and therefore they do not have a V5, MOT or tax (unless stated). No warranty is given or implied on any scooter sold. Sorry but I am not a mechanic and cannot repair your scooter.

17.                       I am mail order only. Callers should phone first. I cannot accept any responsibility for damage or injury sustained if you visit my home.
